Yan Can Carve a Chicken in 18 Seconds

The infamous Martin Yan (yes, THE Martin Yan of the best cooking show ever televised, Yan Can Cook), can carve a chicken in 18 seconds.  I can't even carve a chicken in 5 minutes (or 10 for that matter)...
